Protocols

We are a Flemish body, which means that when we exchange personal data electronically with other Flemish bodies, such as local authorities and municipalities, we agree a protocol with them. This will state, among other things, who the data controllers are, the purposes that the personal data is communicated for, the categories and scope of the personal data communicated, and the legal basis for both the communication and collection of the data.
