What is whistleblowing?
Whistleblowing involves an individual reporting information about a violation that has been observed within a work-related context. These irregularities pertain to breaches of legislation and can include criminal acts, fraud, corruption, violations in the area of personal data protection, working conditions, safety, etc.
Meemoo has set up an internal reporting point for this purpose.
Who can make a report?
The hotline is open to anyone who wants to report an issue, such as employees, interns, volunteers, board members, suppliers, etc. When making a report, you must disclose your identity. We do not accept anonymous reports. You will also be protected against any potential adverse consequences related to your complaint. We guarantee appropriate protection of your personal data. How to report a problem?
A report is made through the internal reporting channel using the reporting form provided below. You should send this reporting form via email to klokkenluiders@meemoo.be. The report will be handled by the HR department.

There is also the option to report an issue by phone: +32 9 298 05 01. Please ask to speak to a colleague from the HR department.
You may also make a report through the external channel (in Dutch).
Within 7 days of receiving your report, you will receive confirmation of receipt. Following the report, an internal investigation will be conducted, and additional information may be requested if necessary. You will receive a response or feedback within a period of 3 months following the report.
